3.5 star ratingI appreciated the Grohe shower in my bathroom. No soap was provided in the bathroom but when I asked at reception I was given some nice soap and other toiletries. Family I was travelling had reservation problems and complained about a bad shower with cold water. Ash01 August 2013
3.0 star ratingAll the staff were very polite, helpful and courteous. Hotel is very nice, if a little dated and a little split up with bar Breakfast at £10 per person or £17 if you walked in without booking was terrible. Cold beans, watery scrambled eggs, a tea urn with a split tea bag inside, fatty bacon - the list goes on I am afraid.24 September 2013

4.5 star ratingWhat a fantastic venue for a wedding. Stayed for one night for a family wedding and couldn't fault the hotel, service, staff, facilities, grounds for photos what a great hotel. The rooms were clean and had the usual facilities we needed. If I had to pick at anything it would be the getting in and our of the bath/shower round the sink which was awkward. Over all would definitely recommend this hotel as a good venue, although a bit out in the middle of nowhere but that didn't matter to usThere is nothing to say, it was a great setting and a lovely hotelAnonymous 26 February 2014
