3.0 star ratingspa is excellent. free drinks in minibar a nice touch. good location.service very poor. breakfast is chaotic. unable to get a sunlounger by the pool as they are all reserved even when there is no one at the pool. children frequently in the adult only area food and drink in the hotel is very expensive and of poor quality. hotel in need of some renovations. no one answers at guest services!cayo02 August 2013
