4.0 star ratingThe staff was very friendly and helpful. The gardens were very well attended and that applies to the restaurant and the pool. A lot of options in both breakfast and dinner. Rooms were spacey. The area is indeed very peaceful. Definitely recommended to families or couples that want to relax. The rooms need more attention: the decoration is poor and the furniture are rather old. It was also quite difficult to find the hotel by address but if you drive from Luz to Burgau you'll see it on the left side. Cannot get/stay there without a car.georget7918 August 2011
5.0 star ratingA very nice hotel with a unique style. The hotel management were extremely helpful and enthusiastic about ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Very attentive at all times. Evening meals were very good.Breakfast was good and plentiful but only continental with no hot food served. Perhaps it was because we visited out of season and that there were too few guests to justify cooking hot food in the mornings. It would also be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.Doodle28 November 2011
