Our rooms are situated in a historic Category II listed villa and an adjacent converted 2 storey barn. In keeping with a boutique hotel, both dwellings are exclusively for guest accommodation. Each luxurious ensuite room has individual style and character and contemporary uncomplicated decor. Rooms include comfortable beds, cotton linen, bathrobes, tea and coffee facilities, plunger coffee, LCD TV, freeview, DVD player, i pod dock and air conditioning. The rooms are intimate yet spacious. Directions From the South Follow State Highway 1 all the way through Whangarei. 1.5km after Kensington Stadium you will drive over railway tracks. After 400m turn right at the Puna Rere Drive traffic lights, sign posted Tikipunga and Tutukaka Coast.
