Lugenda Wilderness Camp Hotel Lichinga

This spectacular, camp-style resort is perched on the bank of the Lugenda River in a remote part of Mozambique's Niassa National Reserve. The resort consists of eight luxury tents set on lightly raised platforms, each with a private deck and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower in addition to king-sized beds and ceiling fans. On-site facilities include a bar offering cool, refreshing drinks, a swimming pool with river views, and a restaurant near the riverbed serving a breakfast of muffins and coffee as well as high tea and dinner. The resort offers mobile camping safaris for more adventurous guests either on foot or with canoes.
