4.5 star ratingGreat hotel. The staff were very professional and friendly and most spoke English. We chose the location based on ease of transport to Yongpyong and access to Lotte World. The bus to Yongpyong left from outside the hotel. Every question we had about Seoul were answered by the concierge staff, brilliant. The hotel presents as 5 star, the room was very comfortable and a good size. I would recommend this hotel.None about the actual hotel, Lotte World is over rated. If you have been to Disney World, then Lotte World looks like it is lost in the 70's.SEan20 November 2013
