This family-friendly resort hotel is situated just outside Larnaca's bustling tourist area. Recent renovations have made this 175-room hotel modern and up-to-date. The hotel features a lobby, a TV/reading room, and conference facilities. Dining options include a café, a bar and a restaurant. Hairdressing salon can also be found on site. Other amenities include hairdryer, TV and Internet access. Further fittings include safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities. The units come with individually regulated air conditioning units, twin or double beds and some are available with connecting doors. As well as a gym, the hotel has 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor. Sun loungers, parasols and beach towels are available free of charge on the sun terrace. For an additional fee, guests may enjoy a sauna, steam bath or massage.

3.5 star ratingActually on the beach. Just walk from breakfast a few steps and relax on one of the sun beds provided by the hotel. Goods grounds and facilities Hotel room dividing walls are too thin! You can hear pretty much everything that goes on in the adjourning rooms! I had to resort to wearing ear plugs in order to get to sleep at night because I could hear people talking, watching televisions or even walking about the rooms. When refurbishing the rooms next, please consider placing a layer of sound proofing material on the walls and replacing the doors between rooms with much heavier doors to reduce the noise. This would not be a major task but it would make a considerable difference to the comfort of your guests. This is the second time I have stayed in your hotel and I will consider staying again but please investigate what you can do to reduce the noise filtering in from the adjourning rooms.01 November 2008
5.0 star ratingI was at the hotel when they had a huge residential conference on - there wasn't a free room in the hotel. The staff coped excellently. The only problem was a queue for the coffee machine at breakfast the first morning and by the second morning they'd got staff walking round with coffee pots! Nice clean room, good location by the beach, choice of outdoor pools and small indoor pool and gym. Restaurant evening meals were very good quality and served quickly and efficiently. Check in and check out was very efficient.I would have liked a little more choice on the dinner menu. Breakfast was fine, with a reasonable choice, but you had to hunt around for everything and access to coffee/tea was limited to a single machine on the first day.11 February 2011

5.0 star ratingThis is the first time I've stayed at this hotel and was highly impressed! The rooms are very clean and the cleaners are friendly as are all the staff at the hotel. I was bed and breakfast and the breakfast was off a good quality with lots of choice. There was ladies who prepared fresh omelettes and waffles daily. You could sit inside or outside for breakfast. We preferred sitting outside. We ate dinner at the hotel once which was very enjoyable. The swimming pools and the beach are lovely. You get fresh towels every day from the leisure club to use for your sunbeds. People get up early to get the front poolside beds but otherwise plenty of beds available. At 11am everyday there is Latin Aqua run by two brilliant ladies which was very enjoyable. The hotel is located away from larnaca town centre but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, as well as a place to hire cars and a taxi firm. Overall had a brilliant stay at Lordos beach hotel and will definitely return!! Nat17 August 2016
