3.5 star ratingYou really have to coach your receptionists about proper manners. My voucher wasn't good enough for them and they wanted me to pay for the room even after producing it. There was a 10 minute delay, after the management cleared the voucher. I have no problem with that, but I resent the notion that with an unknown type of voucher to the receprionist voucher I as automaticaklly labeled as someone who wants to skip on payment. Oh, and charging for internet access in 2013? Really? Very poor manners indeed and I stayed for the last time in hotel Lipa. Dissapointed11 August 2013
