The residence is situated in the heights of Evian, at the foot of a woodland area. There is a casino and spa centre approximately 1.5 km from the apartment hotel.The residential complex is made up of a total of 101 accommodation units, with a small 3-storey apartment block with lift, containing 44 apartments for 4/5 persons and the 19 chalets (3 apartments for 6 persons in each chalet). Guests have a leisure room with a bar, an Internet point in the lobby (for a fee) and a free outdoor car park (1 parking space per apartment) at their disposal.
