This resort is located in Ein Bokek, a town on the west side of the Dead Sea. Jerusalem is approximately 123 km from the hotel and Tel Aviv is around 161 km away. The residence is the perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful stay in the beautiful Dead Sea area. In the hotel's well-tended grounds guests will find a Bedouin tent where they can listen to pleasant oriental music while enjoying a drink or a traditional snack. All recreational activities are in harmony with the hotel's mellow atmosphere. Rooms are also decorated in a way to create a relaxing ambience. Each of the standard guestrooms offers a balcony, and contains a TV, telephone, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en-suite bathroom. 2.0 star ratingDas Hotel hat einen netten Garten. Frisches Gemüse, Salate und Gebäck bei den Buffets. Pool vorhanden Haustechniker war sehr hilfsbereit Nettes PersonalEin ca.3x10 cm grosses Loch über der Zimmertür. Schimmel am Duschvorhang und an der Wannenumrandung . Ameisen im Bad. Föhn und WC Bürste gibt es nicht. Das Zimmerpersonal machte was es will, oder was es nicht vergißt. Das Zimmer war sehr laut (Loch über der Tür) laute Liftgeräusche ab sechs Uhr in der Früh. Ein Ersatzzimmer gab es trotz täglicher Nachfrage nicht. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und wirkte nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig. Wenn gekocht wurde gab es Fischgeruch in unseren Zimmer im dritten Stock, lecker! Überhaupt ist das gesamte Hotel in einem desolaten Zustand und wurde durch das Management schlecht geführt. Wir hatten den Eindruck, es wurde gar nicht geführt. Das Personal war zwar nett, teilweise ohne Englischkenntnisse und meistens auch wenig hilfreich. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher und Tassen aber keine Untertassen und auch keine Löffel, manchmal keinen Kaffee, Zucker oder Kaffeeweisser...... Kaffeelöffel im Frühstücksraum gab es nur aus Plastik, Kaffeebecher auch. Gläser grundsätzlich verdreckt. Der Pool war kalt und schmutzig (Vogelfedern, Insekten und alles andere was so rumfliegt) PS: Das Geld wurde durch den Veranstalter zwei Monate im voraus abgebucht. 26 April 2013
