4.0 star ratingThe beds are comfortable with good high thread count linen. Nice to see the animals outside the room windows. Nice bed-time story activity at 8.30pm for young kids1) The meals are not buffet style but set menu. Even though i booked the room for 3 adults n 1 child, the hotel only provided meal coupons for 3 adults n u have to request for the kitchen to cook a small serving of porridge for the child. (Only porridge !) 2) the giraffe hid in the hut all the time! Dont expect to see it walk past your window unless you're super lucky! 3) the bell boy n staff wont bother to help u with luggages despites seeing you lugging heaps of luggages n bags. U need to ASK for help! 4) we went during off peak (weekday) n most of the activities were either unavail or ended by the time we checked in ard 5. Anonymous 25 May 2014
