4.5 star ratingAlthough I have been to Bali 9 times this was my first visit to legian beach hotel. We stayed in a superior room. Although it was further from the pools the room was a fantastic size and the bathroom was huge. Pools are great especially the bar pool. Love that breaky was included and the pancake and waffle bar is definitely worth a visit Staff very friendly Will stay here again Price to eat and drink at hotel is quite expensiveRonniek15 March 2013
4.5 star ratingI loved it at this resort! I will definitely stay here again. Excellent facilities, amazing pool and grounds, numerous restaurants, incredible location right on the beach. Safe and frienly. The most impressive breakfast I've ever seen and loved every minute of my stay. Thank you and will see you again soon!N/aJess01 March 2013

3.0 star ratingThe hotel was in a good position. We enjoyed the little squirrels and toads in the garden. The pools were niceThe hotel was run down and tatty. Curtains were broken in several places and the bathroom was in a constant flood. The pools were both full of children. We had thought that children would be confined to one pool. There was power cuts and the breackfast was most unappealing. I wont go back. shelby16 May 2013
3.5 star ratingLocation was really good, easy accessibility to the beach and amenitites. The grounds of the hotel were really nice and peaceful and the pool was very good. Breakfast choice was also excellent. Not good value for money, the rooms were overpriced for the size given. In general, the staff were not very accomodating, helpful or friendly when dealing with extra requests. We have a 4 month old baby and had issues around the high chair at the restaurant and towels at the pool.03 July 2013

5.0 star ratingWhat a great location and hotel. I loved spending time in all of the gardens, and especially beside the pool. Loved the view of the beach and the staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful and genuinely happy.Anonymous 16 April 2014
3.0 star ratingStaff were very friendly. Breakfast had a good choice.Hotel is looking very tired. There was no pool service at the big pool. When you did get it you had to wait ages for what you ordered. The room that we booked was supposed to be a luxurious garden bungalow and I had put in a special request for a room with a double bed. We were given a room with two single beds that was also extremely small room. I complained and said I had put in a special request, they first tried to get us to put the beds together but after saying no we were shown to a much larger much better room. I felt that they were trying it on by giving us a lessor quality room first up. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times before, but we now find that it looks a little run down and the big pool area is now very run down and cluttered. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel anymore. We had a pleasant stay but I will not stay at this hotel again. Anonymous 15 March 2014
4.5 star ratingThe staff were very warm and friendly throughout our stay. I can not fault the size of our family room with the extra bedroom upstairs.I felt the breakfast menu has room for improvement. Baked beans were only served on 1 of the 6 days we were there. The toaster broke and it took a while to replace it. And i didn't like the idea of eating scrammbled eggs that have been pre made and then just sat on the hot plate.Anonymous 06 June 2015

2.0 star ratingHotel is shabby. Rooms very old fashioned and in need of updating. Whole place felt grubby. Anonymous 15 August 2016
4.0 star ratingIt is conveniently close to the beaches, markets and shopping mall and on the taxi routes. We didn't receive the rooms with interleading doors for the family as asked and promised with our reservationsAnonymous 11 July 2016
3.0 star ratingBalinese people are always smiley and helpful, and this hotel's staff are no exception. From the maids to the security guards to the pool boys, everyone was a pleasure to deal with, and all tried their hardest to help me with any issues I might have. The rooms were generally uncomfortable. Mine was half the size of what others got for the same price, and didn't come with the bed I asked for. I didn't find the (somewhat limited) toiletries until after I had my first shower, and the minibar only had beer and water. Plus, despite me keeping the door closed and the air-con on, the room was constantly filled with mosquitoes (no other hotel I stayed at in Bali had this problem). The pool smelled like ammonia (i.e. urine), the bacon at breakfast was some sort of pressed meat (instead of real bacon), and the whole time there were construction workers noisily cutting masonry right outside the hotel (I was also woken up by a loud lawnmower at around 9am). Oh and the spa was VERY overpriced, with massages going for around AUD$100, when just outside the hotel they were less than AUD$10. Overall, this hotel felt like a total dive. I've stayed at many hotels in Bali, so I know many places that are MUCH better for only HALF the price. I don't intend to ever return to this hotel, nor to ever recommend it to anyone I like.adamjz16 August 2016
3.5 star ratingBeautiful, well kept grounds. Safe and great location - very nice waterfront property. We were overwhelmed when we arrived at the property and underwhelmed when we entered the room. Our room (the most affordable of all rooms available) didn't match the beautiful surroundings. The room smelt old and dusty, furniture outdated, and located the most distant away from the hotel amenities. Anonymous 24 May 2016

3.0 star ratingStaff were very nice Way over priced. The food was not forth it's money the drinks were over priced. Being told I cannot drink from glass near the pool and the room was very bad for the amount of money it cost us. Room 115 was ta the back and got no sun light at all was dark all day and night. The out door seating for the room was in a ally, it was terrible Milly09 November 2016
