4.5 star ratingFriendly helpful staff who tried to sort out the problems to the best of their ability. Nice atmosphere in the resort. All swimming pools very well maintained. very close to the best beach in the area. Good facilities in the room such as mini bar, hairdryer, safe. Substantial breakfasts. Good security at the gate.Had plumbing issues such as toilet wouldn't flush and blocked sink. Run out of beach towels quickly. 5.0 star ratingFriendly staff. Excellent location close to one of the best beaches in Mauritius. Water activities can be done from trou aux biches. We done swimmmg with dolphins and coral snorkelling on a glass bottom boat for 2000 MUR.The room was spacious and clean. Huge variety of food breakfast and dinner buffet and lunch was ordering of a menu. The hotel also has daily activities. A great hotel to stay at.WiFi does not work properly. The hotel does charge for a lunch pack although we were on a full board package. A bit disappointing especially when you are on a whole day tour.Anonymous 23 July 2017
3.5 star ratingfor £42 a night it offered good value.The food was boring, I love curry it's my favourite...but this was dull and uninspired. If I were to work in the kitchens for a week the rating for this hotel would shoot up. The chefs are capable but not challenged no need to spend more on the ingredients either. 2.0 star ratingCloser to the nicest beaches and shopping center. Transport is easier. People are always nice and helpful. The shower water was always very cold. The shower drainage was blocked. The room sheets and towels were either not properly washed or they are too old. There was no pillow cases on our pillows. The was huge coachroaches in the room. The plates and utensils at the restaurant were always not clean and neat. The food was also not fresh, the was always flies around the food and it smelled.
