3.0 star ratingNice location, and nice view over the seaQuality of service needs to be improved. While supposed to be a 5 stars hotel: No lift to the rooms in the section i was in. The Gym is out of function. Lack of power plugs in the room to plug in your chargers / devices. Quality of food not to the standards of a five stars hotel. Price too expensive to the quality offered in other similar resources worldwide. No pickup service or shuttle bus to Hossam El Cheikh15 June 2013
