4.5 star ratingGood service and quick problem solving, hotel staff very helpful.I booked for a room that can accommodate 4 persons, 2 adults 1 child and an infant I ended up in a room with one big bed and no space to add another bed, I contacted the hotel and informed them about it and they promised to solve it in few hours which was done, I then went down to the reception to do the room change, as no rooms that can accommodate three bed rooms I'v been moved to another room with two beds wich was acceptable, Another thing I didn't like about the hotel is the very expensive internet charges, 15 minutes in the business center is for 23 RM. Nice hotel and good location.16 February 2009
