3.0 star ratingClean and pleasant entering hotel. Romms cleaned well by the maids.Breakfast very unorganised, too many people trying to cram into a small area. The toasting machine right by the entrance of buffet area blocks people trying to get out/in causing mayhem. Selection of food poor. Nothing really suitable for vegetarians. Gym has no water available to users even to buy. Queing to use runner for over 40 minutes to me is unacceptable, a time should be set to say 20 minutes usage if people are waiting. No fans or air con so extremely hot. Because of these small points I did not return to use gym at all and didnt recommend our friends to use.12 September 2008

3.0 star ratingThe postion of the hotel in the resort was quite good. staff were friendly. The reception area was lovely.The hotel did not live up to its 4 star, it should be 3 star. The room was ok but the sink was blocked and the water had all black bits in it. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room as expected and the fridge in the room was dirty. The hot cooked breakfast wasn't very nice. The drinks in the hotel were expensive so we would go out for a drink. The pool area was quiet, it needed some music to cheer everyone up a bit.03 November 2008
2.0 star ratingThe staff were very helpful and friendly and made the stay a pleasure.I would suggest that wireless internet and more power points would be useful as travellers tend to use laptops and/or other electronic equipment a lot more these days and would find recharging facilities useful. Apart from the television point in the room and the shaver point in the bathroom, there were no facilities to allow for using/recharging laptops and/or other electronic equipment.30 October 2008

5.0 star ratingAn excellent hotel in a quiet area of Fuengirola. We stayed here 5 years ago, the quality of the hotel has not deteriorated in any since then. We will stay here again. During our stay, 3 Jan to 8 Jan, there were very few guests so the public areas of the hotel and restaurant were very quiet. The swimming pool was available but none of the other facilities were and there was no entertainment in the evening. It suited us but it may not suit other people. 10 January 2009

Would not be happy to stay in high season as it was noisy when the door bells of the other rooms went off all the time. 4.0 star ratingAs always it was comfortable and clean(we use this hotel about 6 times each year) Room 907 wasnot quite up to the usual standard because in the strong winds it had some draughts which were just down to poor maintainence The staff as always are what make this hotel special.The food at the hotel has never been really good but this time everything was 'done on the cheap' the bacon resembled badly cooked belly pork.It certainly put us off eating anything but the prepaid breakfast in the hotel. The Pyramides would be better suited to a 3 star insread of its current 4 stars23 March 2009
3.5 star ratingThe hotel is always clean and the staff obliging and professionalFor a 4 star hotel the breakfasts are not what we expect they have certainly dropped in standard recently but were never very good when compared to other similar hotels.We have used this hotel many times over the last few years but a poor breakfast has become very poor,perhaps if they stopped clients from taking away the rest of their days food ,then they could improve the standard at no cost to them04 May 2009

2.0 star ratingFront desk staff pleasant & helpful.The Hotel is very very tired, poorly maintained, threadbare carpet & furniture in public areas. We were pleased our stay was only 3 nights as the room was poorly serviced, dust that was months old noy days. They appear to be trying to price themselves out of crisi e.g. Prawn Coctail Starter in Cafeteria Euro.12 !! Hotel Car Park Euro 20 per day - may be O.K. charge at peak times but no wonder it was empty, 2 cars including mine.30 September 2009

3.5 star ratingAs always the hotel and staff were very good, the rooms are spacious and clean and carpetted, there is bbc 1Unfortunately this was the first AND LAST time we have been half board at this hotel and the food is poor quality. It is served well and the hot food is kept hot and the cold cold but the qual;ity is poor. One reason might be that they get through a lot more than is necessary because they do nothing to stop the 'clients' stealing it, even though thereare signs all over the hotel saying long trousers must be worn in the restaurant for the evening meal it is not enforced so nobody takes any notice of the 1 sign asking you not to take food out of the restaurant.bob 28 June 2011
3.5 star ratingSentral og flott beliggenhet, samt flere gode faciliteter som egen frisørsalong og en liten butikk som solgte diverse småting. Flott samlingspunkt med egen bar og god stemning samt flott uteanlegg. Internet axess.Hotellet bar preg av å være lite vedlikeholdt og rommene samt fellesarealer holdt ikke kravene til dagens standard. Hotellet burde vært pusset opp og oppgradert. Frokosten var helt elendig og smakløs, vi klarte etter 2 dager ikke å spise maten her men gikk ut av hotellet og kjøpte frokost på andre steder. Det hadde vært bedre om frokosten ikke hadde vært innkludert slik at en kunne ha gjort eget valg om en ville spise der eller ikke.Noruega10 April 2013
