This charming complex is located amid fine gardens directly within the holiday area of Puerto Rico, only a few minutes on foot from the city centre, where guests will find a multitude of shops and entertainment venues. It is about 3 km to the beach, while links to the public transport network can be found in front of the hotel.The complex was built in 1986 and renovated in 2003. There are 36 apartments in total.
