4.5 star ratingGround floor apts have patios, around a courtyard, with table, chairs & sunbed. First floor apts have similarly equiped roof terrace. The roof teraces are terrific. If going back to Puerto Mogan this is where we would want to stay and we don't say that very often.None except the smell of smoke from heavy smokers on neighbouring patios below tended to drift in the bedroom window. 3.5 star ratingThe roof terrace was much enjoyed. Some of the reception staff where very good. The apartment we were allocated had a ventilator fan from the restaurant below discharging the roof terrace. The odour of garlic was sickeningly pungent. We requested a change of apartment. It was obvious that the complex was not heavily booked and even more obvious that this was far too much trouble for the the receptionist on duty who couldn't care less. We were told that it was the only one available. We accepted this and asked for the complaints book to record our dissatisfaction. At that stage the complaints book became unavailable but an acceptable apartment became available. The standard of apartment varies significantly. We were told that you can request a particular type of apartment and they will try and accomodate a request but there can be no guarantee and basically you take pot luck. For the price we paid I would want a guarantee and not pot luck. For this reason I would be somewhat reluctant to return to what is mostly a very nice complex.John11 November 2010

3.0 star ratingA pretty apartment with rooftop terrace with lots of flowers, near the beach.Parking is difficult and expensive, it costs almost 10 euro per day. A cockroach and some kind of small ants were in the apartment. The apartment was very warm at night, there is no airconditioning or fan. When you open the windows, insects are coming in.If you go here you should take mosquitonetting against the insects and cockroachspray. memberholland01 October 2011
