3.5 star ratingGood Location When the restaurant is open the food is very goodCheck if the restaurant will be open each day, as we returned from Venice one evening and found it closed and could not even get a cup of coffee made for us in the Hotel. No means of making a cup of tea or coffee in your room. We were in the attic and found the room small. The hotel not having the facilities of a restaurant everyday plus no of getting a hot drink,I would suggest that this hotel should be graded as a 2 star 27 November 2008

1.5 star ratingfirstly they booked us at a villa because they didn't have water in the rooms, the next day they booked us at their hotel but the room had a broken bed, after all this frustration they managed to find us a normal room- but we packed and unpacked twice during our stay which isn't normal22 October 2009
