The country house is located in a quiet and secluded small development without a financial or service area, 4 km from La Vega de Santa Maria (Avila), 5 km from the junction with the road from Avila to Valladolid and 6 km from Velayos (Avila). It is about 118 km from Madrid on the A-6 using the Salamanca exit (km 102) and 16 km to the next town.The house comprises a total of 5 rooms on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchenette, full bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom and hydro-massage bath. Upstairs there is a full bathroom, living room and three bedrooms, one of which has a power shower. Guests can enjoy the barbecue area. The plot of land is large and with trees, in a quiet location isolated from the centre of town, and it allows direct contact with nature.
