5.0 star ratingye were all great and verry helpfull to me also,,wish i could have stayed longer,,,and the free bus from the hotel made getting into the centre verry easy and comfortable,,,getting around in a strainge city can be dificult but this free buss service makes it simple for everyone especialy familys i think,,,the wide choice of food for breckfast was was fantastic and verry good :),,the free drink offer was also great even tho i had no time to take this but the offer made me feel special,,thank you :),,,all staff were smiling and verry nice to me also,,,,thank you for that,,,,i hope to stay one night again before i go home and may take my friend with me,,,,i am living in shenzhen now for the next 2 months,,,,hope to see ye again soon,, yours Peter Reaney..pr03 October 2010

4.0 star ratingThe hotel was very nice and new. The rooms were quiet and beds very comfortable. The mountain view room -is very relaxing overlooking the trees on the hill, and a swimming pool that lights up at night. The shuttle bus to Central runs punctually and is free.The hotel does not have a very convenient location and it is quite isolated. No restaurants or shops nearby (hard ot imagine when you think of Hong KOng!) The rooms do not have any minibar or infomation about the hotel or a room service menu. there is a fridge - which was nice. Would not recommend this hotel for people with business in Central or Kowloon. Best for tourists going to Ocean Park as it is only 10 min away by free bus.01 March 2012
5.0 star ratingVery nice hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, impressive and clean.- it was nice to finally have a hotel with a bath after travelling in China for 3 weeks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel Shuttle bus was good for getting to the airport express stationThere is no designated smoking area so if you have a non smoking room you have to stand outside on the street, less than impressive. Not sure if it is the hotels fault or Hong Kong taxi drivers but had difficulty getting to it late at night as none seemed to know where it was- my guess it was the taxi drivers- so make sure you get to causeway bay or central and get a cab from there. PS there is no MTR close by(not a criticism of the hotel in any way).Shaun C18 February 2013
