Located on the outer rim of an extinct volcano lies Kwa Maritane, ‘Place of the Rock'.Overlooking a unique granite dome is Kwa Maritane, Legacy's oldest and most famousbush lodge, host to families, businessmen and delegates from all over the world. 2.0 star ratingReception staff extremely unfriendly, a don't care attitude, not helpful, not enough people at reception. Pools dirty. At dinner - I saw the staff bringing new ice cream in a container and dropping most of it on the counter when transferring to the self help container and then proceeding to scoop it from the counter into the holder - hygiene?07 January 2013

4.5 star ratingThe people is very nice (working people)Safari is not what i aspect i give a 3.. than you have the sign bord where the room numbers is. That big brown bord by the path i think put a little lamp on the top specialty when it's very dark. rme23 April 2013
4.5 star ratingThis is a great place in which to stay. And especially for a first time visitors for safari's. Good grounds, nice facilities and things to do. Breakfast, dinner and one game drive(morning or evening) per day were included in my rate. Other options available too. Very convenient. The restaurant is great. Buffet. Good food and a good view. The Hide was fantastic. With some patience I saw Elephants, Zebra, Kudu, Wildebeest, a warthog, birds and small lizards all in one afternoon. The game drives were real good too.
