2.0 star ratingI arrived at 4am and I had made arrangements but they charged me an extra day saying there are no discounts.I had arranged with your organization.Check in time is 12noon but for arriving early hours the hotel is adamant and not willing even to discuss it.I for one will not ever use this hotel or your organization again17 February 2013
