4.5 star ratingReally lovely staff. Great location and good restaurant choices. The theme park was excellent and water park was great and both a short stroll from the hotel. Parking was great too with a good rate for the duration of our trip at only $12. Good discounts for the theme park and water park as a guest. Close to motorways and a retail park with a huge cinema complex.The hotel swimming pool was small, but it did drive us into the water park which was really good fun.Anonymous 02 July 2014
4.0 star ratingStaff were very helpful and prepared to look after long term customers with discounts etc where appropriate. The price in right.Rooms are getting a little tired with plumbing in the showers needing some work. Menu in the breakfast buffett hasn't changed in the 20 years we have been staying there. Great location to access Disneyland (with free shuttle from Knott's Berry Farm Hotel), Knott's Berry Farm theme park and join tours into LA and Universal Studios.
