1.5 star ratingThe Hotel is run down and staff morale is the lowest I have seen in any hotel I stayed in in Kenya. It reminds me of the Tanzanian hotels during socialism. We booked and fully paid for four days, but by the second day it was intolerable. We sasked for a refund and we were told we should seek it from Hotelopia. We believe we have lost the money we paid for the fourth day and we vowed never to use Hotelopia for online booking. We shall advise our friends and acquiantances to watch out for this hotel booking site.06 September 2013
