3.0 star ratingStaff were good and helpful and the location was handy to restaurants, etc. A pleasant enough, and comparatively cheap, overnight stay. Comfortable beds. I would probably stay there again.The rooms are in need of a proper cleaning. The walls had food splattered on them in addition to all the rest of the dirt from floor to ceiling. Signage is inadequate to find your room in the apartment section and it was only after we all had cold showers that we found out how to turn on the water heater! The switch is outside the bathroom. Again, no instructions. The Master bedroom is too small for the king size bed. A queen size would be a better fit. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room.Anonymous 15 October 2014
2.0 star ratingValue for money, huge roomThe cleanliness to be improved, the living hall and room full of dust and not clean probably. I stay there 2 nights, 2nd night Master bedroom aircond leaking and called 3 times facility to check the unit. It was repaired but leakage continue and the floor is wet. Front desk was friendly, however there no communication between AM/PM shift staff. I was called to collect my lost & found glasses 3-4 times, yet the front desk staff can locate it in their office. my room key was not updated for security door, went to front desk more than 3 times. I wont recommend this hotel to friend and family unless there is great improvement for next 3 monthsMrs Kok24 February 2015
