3.5 star ratingWell positioned and easy to find. Good base for trips into the city. Friendly staff.Cracked wash basin. 05 March 2009
3.5 star ratingFood on offer for breakfast was not good, no fruit?06 March 2009
2.5 star ratingvery central to Golders GreenOur bedroom was in the attic, with no lift. The 'en suite' bathroom was across the corridor with a separate key which we were exhorted not to lose as it was the only one, the space was so small it was almost impossible to turn round. It could have done with a little more signage in the dining room, we never did find the toaster!14 October 2009
3.0 star ratingAffordable. Shower and toilet was clean.Noisy, seems to be suitable for people from particular background!10 November 2009
4.5 star ratingReception very good & friendly. Breakfast excellent, room clean & warm. parking very convenient. water hot. Not soudproof, noise from clients in rooms above until early hours! some minor points - no plug on basin - bath plug did not fit bath. (next time take own unversal plug!)Christopher K.14 November 2009

2.5 star ratingThe hotel offers basic value for money accomodation. Is in walking distance of Golders Green station. We were woken up every morning at circa 7.30am by either building work, other residents or outside noise. When we spoke to the staff they confirmed work was going on, but offered no apology and were not very helpful.14 June 2010
4.5 star ratingHotel was very clean and ina perfect position for shops and getting into London. room was nice, I was in the attic, it was small but very nice. The shower did not sit in the cradle, so when showering you had to hold the shower head. I was there for 3 evenings and the second evening i could not sleep as it was extremly noisy, sounded like a door banging all night long and a lot of banging coming form one of the bedrooms. The other 2 nights wer absoloutly fine, no noise.27 July 2010

2.5 star ratingarea is very goodmost of the time no hot water and the shower only gave a drop of water. To stay alone in this hotel in the most far away room is a bit scary.Anni01 May 2012
4.0 star ratingThe breakfast was great. We both enjoyed the buffet very much. The room was clean. There was ample space for clothing. It was quiet, even though the hotel is on a main road. We would certainly consider staying here again. We did not like having the head of the bed right up against the hot radiator. If we turned it off it was too cold, and when it was left on at night, we were most uncomfortable. A bath mat would have been nice in the bathroom, and perhaps a small shelf or basket in the shower stall in which to put our own shower gel, etc. A hook on the inside of the bathroom door would have been nice to hang clothing.29 January 2013

2.0 star ratingGood location n has parkingWifi is chargeable- come on its 2016!! Slugs in room 45! - moved to 40 with spiders, cob webs and damp patched on ceiling. Folding/campbeds - it's a joke for a hotel, even hostels have beds! Certainly would go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU BOTHER GOING THERE EITHER!frequent humble traveller19 June 2016
1.5 star ratingSorry I have none!Tuna mayo boiled eggs egg mayo for breakfast? That's not continental! Stain on the ceiling, opened the curtain to a brick wall, noisy doors slamming all night, staff were non responsive, instant coffee, chipped plates and cups, paid the same as our friends and their room was lovely for a family ours was cramped and had to sleep against a brick wall. Bathroom and shower was okay. If I were you in would find somewhere else! You can get somewhere better and cheaper! We got no sleep :-( Anonymous 10 May 2016
