4.0 star ratingThe staff were very friendly and helped where required. The quality of food was exellecentI booked the hotel to be early for my work conference and to be with my colleagues. I was told when I arrived the hotel was full- i was then given a room at a nearby travel lodge. I did explain that i would be on my own and that my colleagues would be expecting me. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do. 09 October 2009
