Great for families and golfers. A mandatory check-out cleaning fee is payable by the guest upon check-out for all new bookings. Fee will be assessed by the property at checkout based on the size of the unit and the length of stay. Fees are per stay, per condo unit plus taxes and are subject to change. One Bedroom, one-two nights: $50 plus tax. Two Bedroom, one-two nights: $60 plus tax.  One Bedroom, three+ nights: $150 plus tax. Two Bedroom, three+ nights: $195 plus tax.
