This hotel is located near Kansai International Airport, a 10 minutes drive from Kansai International airport (Free shuttle bus is available in daytime(you can check at following home page - http://www.fujita-kanko.co.jp/upload_file/kansai/hotel/shuttletimetable.pdf). For midnight arrival, there are some bus available with charge.) and a 3 minutes walk to Rinku Town station (JR & Nankai). It is approximately 1 hour by train from Osaka station and 50 minutes from Namba station,and approximately 1 hour drive to Osaka city centre.All the guest rooms have washlet toilets and free Wi-FI & LAN connection. The air-conditioned rooms offer a view of either the city or the bay. 3.0 star ratingLocation is good. Near the outlet and only 10mins to the Kansai Airport. Room is not small comparing to other hotels in Osaka downtown (well, of course)We asked for a non-smoking room when booking via hotelopia but they said Hotelopia didnt send the request to Washington hotel. i said im pregnant so cant stay in the smoking or neutral room. Then they didnt give the room as we asked/booked but changed into a smaller non-smoking room. Diane13 October 2016

4.5 star ratingWe have stayed here a couple of times before and it is an obvious choice for the night before our flight out, especially with the free bus to the airport. The in house Family Mart offers cheap drink/snack alternative to main restaurants.Couldn't find where to pickup the hotel bus at the airport, details of which could be better advertised. For future visitors; on exiting the terminal turn LEFT and head to area of bus stops number 1- check times of buses with hotel.Anonymous 16 April 2016
