2.5 star ratingGood location, spacious very bad quality service, reception staff was slow more bothered to sending sms with their iphone rather than servie the guests.. Exception was Natalya really helpful. Staff at restaurant at breakfast and dinner did not speak English! Breakfast quality poor and no variety. Quality of Italian restaurant very bad, pizza came twice col and past was overcooked, sauce was precooked. Wine glass too small portion. Hotels needs to bring in expertise at service and kitchens efi25 March 2013
