3.0 star ratingStaff excellent and room service very goodHAd problems with aging door system, had to pull engineers out to reprogram door, kept going on about incorrect nonsense regarding mobile phones damaging door keys when we kept the keys seperate at all times. Had to call engineers twice to make the water hot enough for baths and showers. Not enough towels for a double room. 06 August 2010
5.0 star ratingWe had a wonderful stay at Jumeira Rotana - we stayed in a premium room which was spacious and impeccably clean, and the service was wonderful. The staff could not do enough to help us out - booking restaurants and recommending places to go. Excellent value for money, better than some five star hotels we have stayed at! Lovely rooftop pool too - and good pina coladas!KatyS03 November 2011
