3.0 star ratingI stayed 3 nights this December 2016 at this hotel. The room is quite big and the bed was super king side :) There was a balcony facing a swimming pool which was nice. The hotel is far away from the town centre where the crowd and the beach is. When I arrived the staff was unsure about the booking and payment that I made online and they were like confused and couldn't check with the company dealing with the payments, but next days I didn't hear from the reception anymore so seems that they got confirmed everything. Another really upsetting events happen next morning at the restaurant when having breakfast. I was drinking my coffee and there was a little glass with creamer and sugar set, when another two guests arrived to have there breakfast and the woman serving just came and took the set from my table and put it in front of the new guests !!! ... I was surprised and chocked and asked her what she was doing and she replied "you finish?" ... I didn't let that go that easy ... and I haven't seen her the next couple of days and the other serving women and a new one were very smiley and friendly. Majid29 December 2016
