4.5 star ratingAll the staff were excellent and professional. The friendliness atmosphere in the hotel was excellent. The rooms had first class air conditioning at all times and the plumbing, that is the supply of adequate hot water, was first class, probably the best we had had in any hotel that we had previously stayed in whether it be 4 or 5 star. Would definately stay there again. The roof top pool area was lacking and needed refurbishment, ideally before the Summer season started.wimbledon23 May 2012

5.0 star ratingThe same as last two year!; I love it!! I love the people on the hotel! 😍 Like a safe family! Always nice and smiling! Even when Im late at the breakfast! (😝 ) If we need something,we just ask,and they help us with once! Every day the room get cleen and tidy! 😄 Next year we come back!!❤❤❤Some gest on the hotel are werry piggy!!! Throwing sigarets in the flowers pot on the top of the hotel,and outside of the windows on the room! To all smooking gests using the hotel!: would you people throw sigarets in the flowers at your own home!? I guess not! Have some respect fore others work and place pleace! Anonym 09 June 2016
