2.5 star ratingRelatively clean, good location.We booked a Deluxe Superior Suite with balcony, a month in advance, but when we checked in they told us No Superior Suites were available. Then they told us, will find us one for following 2 nights, but never bothered to even talk to us. Staff not very co-operative. Complained to Hotelopia, who said can't get in touch with hotel !!Maq31 March 2016

5.0 star ratingVery nice roof top pool and fantastic views. Right by the marina and a very long promenade. Near the Jumeriah lake towers, metro station and tram. Beach 5 minutes away. Room spacious and clean. Good supermarket with some Tesco products right opposite. Nice friendly, helpful staff. Lovely night time walks with fantastic views of the high rises.Not easy to find initially as tucked away behind other hotels. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped but adequate.
