2.5 star rating		The staff at the front desk is not very nice, no smile, no customer service, for taxi reservation you have to pay 25 Cent!!!		12 August 2013
3.5 star rating	Hotel Lobby and entrance were impressive, with shops, bar and dining area, a large swimming pool and walking garden; hotel aspect was attractive, near the water with great views from the upper balconies; common areas were well kept and very clean. Reception staff were helpful and spoke English. We liked it but there were problems.	The room we had on the fourth floor was adequate in terms of size, nice balcony and views, but many things did not work e.g. lights, bathroom tap, no plug in sink, no internet connection, and the cupboard fittings were old and peeling apart. There was a safety box in the room but it was 2 CUC per day to use it (unheard of!). The lift did not work going down - it would not stop at your call - we had to walk down 4 flights every time. The dining area was not open for evening meals, so we had to go outside to more expensive places next door to eat.		19 September 2013
