Hotel Information

This hotel is located near Itsukushima Shrine, a symbol on the Miyajima Island. The shrine was built over the bay and the grand Torii gate of the shrine appears floating in the water. Miyajima was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. The inn, founded in 1854 has 38 rooms in total. Honkan (Main Building) was built in the 1920's and each room has toilet but no private bathtub & shower. In the Shinkan (New building) each room has a toilet. Other facilities are Tea Lounge, Banquet hall, Conference room, Restaurant (Momiji), Vending machine. Free internet LAN is available.
