3.5 star ratingFantastic location with views of River Angara and walks through parks and by riverside. Near trams, buses and trolley buses. Very helpful staff at reception and at breakfast. Breakfast was very good value. Room was big but antiquated storage facilities. The bar is the villain of the whole hotel. With the restaurant either closed after21 hors or reserved for functions, we had to have dinner on three days in the bar. On average it took about one hour for the food to arrive, and this after asking. The food was either cold or unsatisfactory. When pointed out, the staff at the bar readily accepted that the food was cold but there was no attempt to redress. This was in sharp contrast to Hotel Borodino where we stayed in Moscow after booking with Hoteloppia. Thiru15 October 2014
