4.0 star ratingNothing to add as views are coveredby my responses. I guess I couldadd though that the position was excellent and the pool facilities were thoroughly enjoyable. Everything extra was an expensive charge when most facilities I stay at provide the service for free or at a reasonable cost. This is especially so for the internet and mini bar.Chrisob20 November 2012
4.5 star ratingOverall Clean and nice. Staff through all the Hotel Assistance manager so great and helpful made us feel home. Best wi-Fi at hotel ever I used. Not enough food Selection in menus room service plus the buffet at dinning area so expensive and food was old and eatable. The Room were done clean but it was no consistency of work from day to day. Sometimes no collect Garbage, no fill up mini Bar, or forget to put some towels. At night house keeping never come do turn over or exchange towel until I made complain. All these problem which seems major was resolved very nicely by hotel staff after mentioned.Jeff06 January 2013

5.0 star ratingVery professional attitude by the customer service attendants especially front desk people and porters! The hotel cleaning attendants were very helpful! As well the pool man Vic was very attentive and very friendly! Breakfast was delicious and fresh and the chef and waitress waiters were happy to serve! Thank uNothing at allFerdi28 April 2013
