This quality hotel resort is located directly by the sea front, approximately 100 metres from Punta Prima Beach. This 200.000 m² complex provides an excellent location from where guests will have easy access to Mahón, Ciudadella and other sites of interest on the island. Public transport stops can be reached on foot. A place, which offers numerous facilities, ideal for families with children and groups of friends who want to spend holidays under the sun.

| 3.5 star rating | Staff are all pleasant and helpful and the entertainment team, do try to get everyone involved in the activities.Food was good, and there was enough choice for the family. | Rooms very tired and run down, needs modernisation. The beds are so uncomfortable and definately should not be rated as 5 star accomodation. I complained to the reception staff about the quality of the beds and sleeping arrangements for the children, who have to sleep on a settee, and nothing was done to rectify this. The bathrooms are tired and shower faciltiy is poor. The balcony was very dirty, ants everywhere, complained and were left with an ant spray to deal with the problem ourselves. I thought this was very poor. The hotel grounds although still nice, are also looking tired and not to the usual standard that have experienced on previous visits to this hotel. We will not return to Insotel in Menorca as a result, very disappointed with the hotel. | 21 July 2013 |
