1.0 star ratingBedbugs, rats running around inside the walls and ceiling, window in bathroom unable to close, something running in the room whenever we turned the light of, leaking water in the toilet. We were "forced" to eat expensive buffe because kitchen didn´t have time, dining room half full. tried to change room at night, though they didn´t have any. we´re supposed to stay 3 nights, left after one but still payed for the full 3 nights, didn´t have the energy to argue any further just wanted to get out of there. my girlfriend got bitten really bad, had to see a doctor who gave her 5 different pills to eat during 5 days. we were both in shock when we left, our worst night ever, maybe we were really unlucky, but wouldn´t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. that it has 4 stars is a big joke. 22 February 2011
2.0 star ratingBooking were lost, dirty room with AC not working, no warm water in the shower, half of the lightbulbs were missing. They promised to deal with these problems but nothing happened. Avoid this hotel if possible 20 January 2011
