4.0 star ratingI rated mostly 4 because I think there's always room for improvement. I stayed there for two weeks with one week break in between when I travelled to a town about 100 miles away. When I returned to the Indigo it felt like coming home. Next time I vist Houston, I won't waste time looking around - I'll just book the Indigo.17 March 2013
2.5 star ratingRude front desk staff, very bitter about that fact that I booked threw a third party (hotelopia). Told me everyone in the hotel paid more than I, therefore she was not obligated to give me the room I reserved. Only whatever was available. Nice place but I would never stay again nor give good word of mouth because the staff are NOT pleasant. 21 April 2013
