2.5 star rating		Service was absolutely terrible, we didn't get told what time breakfast was or when checkout was, we didn't even get told how to get to our room we just got given our key! Unimpressed to say the least, when we went for breakfast the man just asked for our room number and we stood there and waited for further instructions after a couple of minutes he just said help yourself. On a whole we won't be staying again and we certainly won't be recommending either.		16 October 2012
3.0 star rating		We booked the half board option at this hotel as a gift for our daughter and son-in-law. When they arrived thay were told by the reception staff that half board meant they did not get dinner, only breakfast as normally breakfast is optional!! When I contacted them to see that they arrived safely I was embarrassed and upset when they said they were going to have to go elsewhere and pay for an evening meal. I phoned the manager, was told he was busy and would call back. It took two calls and over an hour for him to contact me. He said that there had been a "misunderstanding" and they has two coachloads of guests they wanted to feed first but they could now offer dinner at 8.30 pm. Surely ALL guests deserve to receive the package they pay for regardless of the size of the booking.		30 October 2012
2.0 star rating		Would not recommend this hotel or booking through hotelopia, when we arrived they had no record of my booking and I was made to wait at check in desk for 1/2 hour while the problem was sorted, hotel staff were not apologetic although eventually a room was sorted after I had to send a copy of my booking conformation to the hotel for them to process it. Then i was asked for payment which i had already paid, then again on check out i was told i had Â£30 outstanding to pay for the accommodation obviously i did not pay them as I had already paid hotelopia by card. I will not be booking again.		27 November 2012
4.5 star rating	Have used this hotel a few times now and like it a lot. Always clean and tidy and staff are always curteous and willing to help. Food is good and drinks not too expensive. I look online at various sites to find cheapest rate, then email it to manageress who matches it. Couldn't ask for more.	Some rooms on one side of hotel can be a bit noisy because of traffic, but staff will do their best to put you on quieter side	del	02 September 2013

2.5 star rating		Made feel uncomfortable on arrival by staff members. They were aware of the reservation however wanted cash payment for room then when explained to them that stay had been paid for they requested credit card details 'just in case !' I had to produce proof of my payment albeit I told them the onus should have been on them to confirm with yourselves !		26 November 2013
