2.0 star ratingAt least got a room for family.>Never book through hotelopia! Our room was right next to the reception even though asking to have a quiet room 3minths ago. Noisy till very late and from very early morning. Won't even recommend this hotel to no one! Becareful with breakfast. You will be asked to upgrade with extra Charge to upgrade to full buffet one. 3.5 star ratingCentral location, affordable. Clean rooms with everything you need. The breakfast room was much too small, so with the hotel at full capacity both days of our stay guests had to line up for breakfast and wait for a table to become free. Staff was very nice but clearly out of their depth in dealing with cleaning up quickly and allocating seats.Anonymous 15 October 2014
3.5 star ratingThe staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom was recently renovated.Our first room smelled like a toilet but when we pointed this out at reception we were given a new room immediately without complaint.Jon28 October 2015
