3.0 star rating- Staff generally try to be helpful but not many speak English . I was lucky to meet hotel employee at reception Mr. Adil who was able to speak English. He became a valuable source of information during my stay as I'd ask him about places to go etc in El Jadida.- The ONLY negative comment about this hotel is that they allow smokers in the restaurant !!!! At a time when the whole world knows the problems with second hand smoke I was SURPRISED to see smokers in the main dining room of the restaurant !!. In fact smoking is common in most Cafe's in Morocco as people smoke a lot.Its-Ali08 April 2013
