5.0 star ratingBest all-inclusive we've ever stayed in! Quality, caring and well-motivated staff. Superb food and beverage service and a spectacularly clean and well-appointed room with a magnificent view!A large group arrived at the same time as we did. Check-in took over an hour! It was followed by a direction to speak with another person at another desk which turned out to be a sales pitch to attend a time-share type presentation. All we wanted to do was check in to our room after a long journey, thus, we felt the time share charade was bothersome and inappropriate.Dick29 September 2011
5.0 star ratingWe enjoyed this hotel very much! We had never experienced an all-inclusive resort...we will do it again.The check in process leaves much to be desired. We were in the 'Preferred Tower' so there was only one person sitting at a desk to check us in (although he did a good job). We were then ushered into another room and mislead by a sales pitch for their vacation club presentation. The whole check in took about 2 hours!! We were NOT interested in attending the presentation (the next day) but never felt we had full disclosure. That system needs work! Also, we could never get the air-conditioning to work properly in our room...it was freezing!RoJo29 September 2011
