The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort is a world-class getaway nestled on the 560-acre Gainey Ranch in north Scottsdale. Rates are inclusive of resort fee. Guests who book the Exclusive room categories will be responsible to pay the daily Resort Fee  directly at the hotel. If a hotel guest departs from the hotel prior to reservation departure date, the guest shall remain liable for payment for the entire stay. Hyatt will not refund any portion of the room rate and will settle the full amount with the guest.
