4.0 star ratingWe were greeted nicely upon arrival and by evrery employee we encountered - valet, front desk, restaurant. Needs were addressed immediately when possible and with nice dispopsition of staff.Very disappopinted by daily cleaning of our room.. We tip daily and would come back to dirty glasses and shower. It was rather disappointing and makes you wonder what staff is doing in your room if not cleaning.Jill04 April 2013

5.0 star ratingWe really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The room was spacious enough for myself, my husband and our 10 year old daughter. We had a lovely view of the marina and the pool. Facilities in the hotel were great. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes. Staff were very helpful and polite at all times. Room was clean. If I was being picky it was a little dusty but this did not affect the enjoyment of our stay,. This is our second visit and would definitely return,Anonymous 21 July 2016

5.0 star ratingWe stayed here for one night before staying at a one week condo rental. Regardless of paying such a low rate via Hotelopia, we received a warm reception, a great room with a king bed on a high floor overlooking Sarasota Bay. We started traveling very early that morning and the airline lost our luggage. The staff was very sympathetic and helped us find the best shopping centers. The food at the pool and the restaurant absolutely beat our expectations. The additional resort fee. I'm not sure what I paid for. Vacation Prelude12 January 2016
