5.0 star ratingStaff went out of their to help my elderly parents. Even the valets went the extra mile. A very young gentleman @ the concierge desk helped my visually challenged father with the tiny keys on his cellphone and made a test call to make sure it was working for him09 May 2012
5.0 star ratingVery pleasant hotel. The staff was helpful, the hotel was beautiful, and the room was almost perfect. The downtown Phoenix location is perfect in within walking distance of lots of entertainment including Chase field and breweries. The only complaints about staying at the Hyatt is that parking cost me $20 in order to come and go as you pleased. $12 just to park overnight. Also there was no fridge in the room. Besides those minor concerns the hotel was very pleasant. Gonzo10 July 2012
