4.5 star rating	room was really nice. as the hotel is in the lobby of Orlando Airport and our flight arrived at 1am, the convenience was worth paying the significantly higher amount. The room, as I said, was nice, really nice. Separate area for wardrobe / sink / coffee etc as well as separate bathroom, with bath and separate shower area.	Stingy... in that at 1am we would loved to have had a drink of water,but $4 for a 500ml bottle was too expensive. At expensive room prices ( $200 ish) you should at least not have to pay for a petty bottle of water. Internet... also expensive. Many cheaper, still nice hotels provide this for free... Breakfast: None, their sit in breakfast very expensive too... Effectively, whilst the room was nice, as said above, everything else was about " What else can we squeeze you for!" This left a bitter taste after the stay in the nice room. rather like a cheap artificial sweetener.	Seasoned Traveller	19 January 2010

4.0 star rating	Excellent hotel for an over night.	Very dissapointed that the swimming pool was out of use for my stay. As I had time to spend in the airport, this was the deciding factor in me choosing this hotel		11 August 2011
4.0 star rating	Even though the hotel was in the middle of the airport, it was very well planned with many conveniences at hand.	The rooms with the balconies facing the courtyard had the disadvantage of hearing fthe noises from paseengers lined up to go through security, especially screaing children and loud teenagers.	simon	07 September 2011
4.5 star rating	It was such a pleasure to be able to just get off a long, tiring plane journeyand walk to the Hyatt Hotel without having to find the pick up point for one of the other hotels, to be able to check in and be in our room with such ease. We would definitely do this again and recommend it to all our friends. The service and food at McCoys was extremely good and our server, Eileen, was a delight. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and what a lovely view.	Can't think of anything.		19 December 2011

3.5 star rating	Confusion over pre paid room charge. We were NOT on your guest reservation list on arrival on 19 Jan. I gave the voucher to the check in Clerk, who, not able to find my pre pyt, promptly debited my Mastercard (which should just have been the normal imprint), but found us a room. The next day,Robert Patterson the duty manager sorted it out for us, and allowed me to use the e-mail to contact two friends (Stopforth) who were arriving next week, but similarly, were not on your booking list.	Very poor performance by check in female clerk. She simply decided to charge us again, without bothering even to tell us , or to take account of our prepaid voucher.		02 March 2012

4.5 star rating	This is the 4th time we have used this hotel and we are never disappointed. It is great to get off the plane and be checked into the hotel within just a few minutes. The rooms are of generous proportions with excellent furnishings. The choice of restaurants and bar are perfect. All in all can't fault this hotel - always a joy to return.		William	08 April 2012
